Q: My Wife Forgot I Cloud Password

Hi,

I have Iphone 6 with latest version IOS 9.3.1

My wife Icloud Username is aliza.raza@me.com and she forgotten password and locked and i created this Id but i also forgot security Answer and Recover Email Address but DOB is working Fine

Please advise me what i do my phone is working fine there is no icloud lock and i have invoice slip
