IF you're still having this problem - ( I just purchased my 6s plus yesterday and same thing happened) you should be able to download them at no charge - I just got off the phone with Apple support and that's what I was told - I downloaded them for free - if you are charged - call apple support and get your $$ back

i have these apps now on my new phone and got them for free
