I Have iPhone 6 Plus iOS 9.3 when I
home button after using an app for a few minutes (like browsing on Safari,Facebook,Twitter) the animation when closing an app doesn't run ( I mean closing the app is without animation) or with lag.
Someone which have iPhone 6 Plus has noticed this problem?

I see that you are not seeing the animation when you close an app on your iPhone. It sounds like you might have the Reduce Motion feature turned on in Accessibility. Take a look at this article on that feature and make sure it is turned off.
