Q: My Iphone 6s wont wifi sync to ITunes 12.3.3

Ever since I have done the current updates on the ITunes and IPhones/Ipads - I have been unable to connect them to my PC all the connections are correct ITunes doesn't appear to pick up the devices.  I have run the diagnostics test which say everything is working except it can't pick up the connection with the device and the devices show "my-PC" greyed out and unavailable - my last back up was 14 March 2016.  Any Ideas on what may fix this problem??

    Hello Mgadmin,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand you're trying to sync your iPhone to iTunes on your Windows PC via Wi-Fi, except iTunes isn't recognizing your iPhone.  To help get this issue resolved I suggest that you follow through the steps below:

    Get help

If you can't set iTunes to sync over Wi-Fi, or if sync doesn't work:

    1. Restart your computer and iOS device.
    2. Make sure that your computer and iOS device are on the same Wi-Fi network. Syncing doesn't work over an Ethernet to Wi-Fi connection.
    3. Check your firewall settings. If you use security or firewall software on your computer or router, you can get help with security software. You can also contact the router's manufacturer or check the documentation to learn how to open TCP ports 123 and 3689 and UDP ports 123 and 5353.

Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes using Wi-Fi

    Cheers.
