Q: Inside Shakeology Podcast not updated.

I updated my xml file with a new Podcast yesterday with Episode 8, but it doesn't seem to be showing up in iTunes on my desktop or my iPhone. I validated the xml file before uploading to be sure it's valid.

The Podcast in question is Inside Shakeology (https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/inside-shakeology-podcast/id1037181669).

All eight episodes are showing in the Store. It's quite normal for it to take 1-2 days for new episodes to appear in the Store, though they appear pretty well immediately for subscribers.

I refreshed the Podcast and that seemed to do the trick!
