I created a title in Motion, and have a client that only has iMovie. Is it possible to import the title so either it'll show up under titles, or to overlay the title in iMovie?

Motion interfaces seamlessly with FCP, according to the literature. iMovie is not mentioned for seamless interface. However, the Apple website for Motion says that you can "Export a QuickTime file of your project to import your motion graphics into other applications like iMovie". So, you might try rendering your Motion title to a Quicktime movie, and then importing that into iMovie. Undoubtedly it would import as an ordinary video file and not a custom title. You should still be able to use it as a title.

Basically, creating the overlay you want in Photoshop and exporting as a PNG, and then bringing it into iMovie!
