Q: No option to add credit card in Wallet, iOS 9.3.1

I ordred an iWatch and want to start using Apple Pay. However, when I open Wallet, I do not have the option to add a credit card, only scan passes. There is no Wallet (or Passbook) listed anywhere in Settings, either, although the app is on my phone.

I have tried several suggestions in the threads including:

1. Hard reset

2. In settings, changing Location to a different country, then back again to the U.S. . And then doing another hard reset.

3. Signing out of iCloud and signing back in again.

Any other suggestions?

Hi

To add a card to Apple Pay on your watch:

- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Wallet & Apple Pay.

Then follow the further instructions here (be sure to scroll down to the section for Apple Watch):

Cards cannot be added to Apple Pay on your iPhone because the service is not supported on your model (Apple Pay on iPhone requires iPhone SE, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, and later).

However, you can still add cards to Apple Pay on your watch (via the Watch app on your iPhone) by following the steps in my previous reply.
