Missing home folder

i I have a new mbp as my old one has a graphics failure. I have removed the hd and connected to new via usb. I have copied 2 of 3 partitions to new mbp but cannot find the home folder on the 3rd partition (Macintosh had) to allow me to copy my documents. Why is this and how do I solve?
