Q: Keep getting Failed Validation for artwork and downloads, even with requirements met.
I keep getting a Failed Validation for my podcast, even though I believe everything is meeting the requirements.
Specifically I'm getting a "Can’t download episodes from your feed." and "Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests." notification.
The picture is 1450 x 1450 and under the 500kb cap. Also, the episode downloads and plays fine on the iTunes test.
Wondering if any if you guys might have a resolution? The feed is being hosted on http://feeds.feedburner.com/Vulgarcast and the image through tumblr.
Thanks,
Jesus

The URL in your 'itunes:image' tag is
http://40.media.tumblr.com/bd0fa0db8cc969e819d8c62dd94c99e4/tumblr_o5l355f4aq1vp j1w9o1_1280.jpg
This is 1280 x 1280 px and hence under the required minimum of 1400 x 1400 px.
The URL of your media file is
http://dl.dropbox.com/s/ocyu462mtrxvq9p/%231%20%E3%80%8ETom%20the%20Taxi%20Drive r%E3%80%8F.mp3?dl=0
All the coding beginning with '%' is because you have spaces and weird characters in the filename, particularly the quote signs:
This is working in the iTunes application but is very likely to upset the Store, which is more touchy. You should revise the file name to contain no spaces and no quote signs of any sort, nor indeed the hash sign (#) as this is used for a specific purpose in URLs. Even so, Dropbox may not be a good place to host your media files - we've seen problems with it in the past.
