I recently made a call to Apple support and while I was on hold, I heard a song I've been searching for, but don't know the name of. Is there a playlist anywhere that contains all of the hold music Apple uses? All of the songs were popular or well known- maybe an Apple Music playlist?

I doubt there is a public playlist available but it makes sense that they are using Apple Music for their hold music as a cross promotion of the service. You could always call back and Shazam the track when it plays 🙂 j/k.
