I bought my iPhone SE on eBay from a daily deal. Brand new, unopened, flawless.
Warranty checks out, used Apple's warranty tool.
However, when I just tried to add my phone to my support profile, it says that the serial number is under another Apple ID. Is there any way to change that? I did buy the phone and it is mine. What's going on? Thanks.

You said "... Brand new, unopened ..." If the check from the above website displays "Activation Lock: On", then the eBay seller did a nice job of repackaging what is likely a stolen iPhone.
If your iPhone is Activation Locked, you will never be able to use it without contacting the original owner.
He likely used store pickup or purchase in an apple store and his id was linked.
You should be fine using the phone without issue. Just anytime you go to an Apple Store or call for help that persons name will come up.
The only way to free up the support profile is if the seller removes it from theres.
I did this and it said Activation Lock On. So I disabled find my iPhone and it turned off. I will contact the seller and ask them to remove it from their support profile. Thank you.
