Remove Stand from 30" Cinema Circa 2006

I need to remove the base bracket from a 30" Apple Cinema Display, circa 2006. All I could find online were instructions (and videos) for later displays. This monitor predates the "slide a card between the monitor and stand". There are 4 torx screws under the hinge and two allen bolts on each end.

(1) Can someone please assist with instructions?

(2) What size are the torx screws?

(3) What size is the allen bolt?
