Q: my ipad will not let me set it up

I just brought a ipad from a pawn shop and it keep asking me to put in a apple id but when I do it say there is another apple id linked to the ipad

You need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPad from his list of devices or request a refund. Otherwise, your device will be a useless brick.
