Q: My iPad5 wont accept my wifi password nor my Apple ID pw

Hi, I have an iPad5, a few hours ago it started to act up: it doesn't go online, keeps asking for password for network, when I type it in, it doesn't recognize it. (All my other devices work perfectly online in the same facility, including my iPad 1).

I connected it to my pc and update it (it says that it is updated to the latest ios) and I tried to restore it but it asked me to turn off Find My iPad function but in order to do that I had to put in my Apple password, and as it turns out, it doesn't recognize that password either!! (The keyboard setting is intact, nothing was changed) What to do?
