Best screen protector for ipad pro 9.7

I have the new ipad pro 9.7 size . I use it for sketching primarily. I also have the pencil. The screen is a little slippery and not rough like paper at all. I heard the bigger ipad pro has a rough screen, so not sure if the 9.7 has the same screen, seems slippery. Is there a screen protector or tempered glass screen protector that is rough like paper that you recommend that is best for sketching?

I tried tempered glass, but way to slippery, perhaps a matte finish type screen that has no crystal effect needs to be clear or drives me crazy.
