All you have to do is restore the iPhone as new before giving it away.

Thank you so much I'll read it and hopefully figure it out thanks again

You are better off deleting the account from Settings - Mail etc
Or Simply turn off Find iPhone and restore as new as per the advice in the support article mentioned to you
