Q: What'sapp Not Opening

Hello Every1

Suddenly the what'sapp is not opening in my device, although i still receive messages but once i want to check them out it closes.

1. Version updated

2. RAM is okay

3. Turn on/off several times

I don't want to re-install to avoid MSGs loss.

Any1 can help
