Apr 16, 2016 6:57 AM in response to ridergroovby Loner T,1. BC Assistant does not support or create such a layout.
a. OSXRESERVED is meant to be deleted after a successful Windows installation, but it failed. This is a basic design issue in BCA 6.x on 2015 and later Macs.
b. The Microsoft Reserved (16.8MB) is usually not created by BCA. It is created when a custom EFI installation of Windows is created.
2. There are two methods to clean this up.
a. Use OSX Terminal commands and remove partitions (this is labor intensive), or,
b. Use a backup/erase/restore method. This takes longer.
Pick 2A or 2B and I can provide steps.

1. Backup OSX and all your files - Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support .
2. Boot into Internet Recovery (Command+Opt+R) - OS X: About OS X Recovery - Apple Support .
3. Click on Utilties -> Disk Utility and Erase your internal whole disk.
4. Restore OSX and your files - Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support .
This requires a separate external disk which can accommodate TM backup - Backup disks you can use with Time Machine - Apple Support .
