Q: Personal hotspot

Hi please there is no personal hotspot in my iPhone 5s . What should I do to get back my personal hotspot back

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1

First, contact your carrier to make sure that they support the feature and that it's enabled on your account.

 

Then, go to Settings>Cellular>Personal Hotspot and make sure it's set to On.

    HI , please there is not like hot or cellular on my iphone.

    When i open setthings <>there is no personal hotspot

    if I open cellular too <> there is no personal hotspot too.

    I Can't find where my hotspot is been located.

    But at first when the update wasn't upto iOS 9.2.1.

    WHen I open my settings .. I would find personal hotspot.

    please what should I do to get back my hotspot back again
