How can I remove the Verizon automated instructions that follow my greeting?

Verizon's automated instructions follow my custom greeting on my iPhone 6s. No one who calls me needs help in leaving a voicemail, so I want to remove the Instructions. Verizon customers who use Androids can do so, but Verizon customers who use iPhones cannot. Verizon says this is an Apple issue.

I would like to know whether anyone has removed these unnecessary instructions from their phone.
