Q: Photo Sharing Weirdness

I have some weirdness going on with Photo Sharing. Here are my platforms:

Mac OS 10.11.4

Aperture 3.6

iPad Mini 2 using 9.3.1(Photos)

Appropriate flavor of Safari depending on the platform.

With new Photo Sharing projects, the projects display fine on all three platforms.

With the older Photo Sharing projects, this is what I see:

iPad(Photos): Projects display correctly

Aperture: Projects display as empty

Safari: Projects display as empty.

I have tried to turn Photo Sharing off and back on with Aperture and there is no change. I would not look forward to trying to rebuild These Photo Sharing projects with some 14,000 photos, 20 Photo Sharing projects with 3 to 40 images in each.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to try?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

MacOS X El Capitan is buffering the Shared Albums in a different location than previous MacOS X versions:

Check this folder in your hidden User Library:

    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.cloudphotosd/Data/Library/Application Support/com.apple.cloudphotosd/services/com.apple.photo.icloud.sharedstreams/as sets/

Are all Shared Albums there? Or are the older albums not downloading to your Mac at all?

I have tried to turn Photo Sharing off and back on with Aperture and there is no change.

Try to turn photo sharing on and off in the system preferences to kick off the cloudpotosd process.

    Safari: Projects display as empty.

Do you mean, you published the Shared Albums as a web page and are looking at this webpage in Safari?  If the web page is empty, it means, that the older shared albums are no longer in iCloud, and it is unlikely, that your Mac can download them from iCloud and show them in Aperture.
