Jul 28, 2016 7:48 PM in response to kenzhawkby LocutusEstBorg,This happens if you have an Office 365 Exchange Online account with the same username as your Microsoft Account's primary alias. Changing the primary alias on your Microsoft Account should fix it. If you don't want to change your primary alias but still need access to your Outlook.com inbox, you can access it via a native client instead of the browser, like you are doing now.
https://outlook.com is for Outlook.com / Office 365 Home / Office 365 Personal which use Microsoft Accounts, while https://outlook.office.com is for Office 365 Exchange Online which uses Azure Active Directory.
