Q: iTunes charged

Hi,

My Indian debit card was charged when i changed my iTunes region and card details from Australia to India? I downloaded free Indian App on my iPad and iPhone and later when changed the details to Australian and again back to India it charged thrice. When ever i entered security code it has been charing me certain amount in Rupees.

Can someone please advise and is it right for Apple to charge?

See this support document. It is probably because Apple has checked the validity of your card. These temporary holds are usually released in a couple of days by your bank. Check back with them if necessary. iTunes Store charges on credit and debit card statements - Apple Support
