I have forgotten the answers for my security questions. Could you please assist me recover or add new answers for the security questions.

Thanks for replying. I do have a rescue email but still I don't see the link for "reset your security questions" !!
I still can't verify my rescue email because I have to answer my security questions !!! this is not helping me at all.
Please let me know if there are other solutions I can follow.

I don't know why I can't see the edit for security questions although I have added my secured email.
I cannot update any details under my account security section !!
You won't have the reset link until you've added and verified a rescue email address to your account - which can only be done by answering your security questions, it's done via the security section (if you've added an address to your account it's not a rescue email address).
If it's been more that 48 hours since you contacted Support in your country then try contacting them again
As I mentioned I have a rescue email but still can't verify it on my account security section and it seems that the system can't verify it.
I'll wait for one more day and see if there is any update.

To verify a rescue email address you have to go into the Security section of your account and send a verification email to that email account, which you open the link in - as you can't remember your answers to your questions that can't happens
You've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on your primary email account for a reply from your country's support ? They may want to speak to you before they will reset the questions as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account
