Q: No place for Apple Service feedback found, worst service. Where I can post these feedback?

I had terrible experience with Apple, I ordered an iPad online on April 13, 2016 which was promised to be delivered in 24 hrs.

When I contacted apple support very next day (April 14, 2016) they told it is going to take another 24 hours because I ordered engraving for the iPad, which was never mentioned to me when I placed the order

Now today (April 15, 2016) apple support saying it will not reach before Monday (April 18, 2016) and I had to cancel my order. The only reason I placed this order as apple website says 24 hours delivery and I supposed to leave for a vacation after three days. And I followed the order up on April 13th evening, April 14th Morning and evening to make sure it will reach in time but I only got assurances, no product and finally a date which is not feasible for me.

Everyone seem very casual about getting the order cancelled, the response I got is "we cannot get this product delivered before Monday, you can cancel if you want". Then I spent around 45 minutes with them on call to sort refunds because I purchased the same with the points from my organization. Now, I am at a position where I have to spend extra quids to buy a product and wait for these guys to settle the money which they are not sure how long will take.
