iTunes Match does not synchronise

Hello,

Since my last update of iTunes (12.3.3.17), 64 bit, I lost all the content of my playlists. The most part of the content is synchronised with iTunesMatch.

I have changed the itl-file to a previous version (april 12th, which was the only option), but no luck. I have tried to log out, in and all that, but no luck.

When iTunesMatch is turned off and I log out and in, I can see my downloaded files in the playlists. When I turn on iTunes Match, it sort of synchronises for a few seconds. After that all my playlists go empty, I cannot even see the downloaded files.

I have no idea what to do. I use these playlists for work...

Is there anyone who can help me with a possible solution?

Thanks

Peter

I presume you are carefully following directions in:

ASC user turingtest2 help document: Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash - https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-6561

If you don't see your content after updating iTunes - https://support.apple.com/kb/HT203225

I have seen posts like yours where rebuilding using an old .itl did not work but the person tried again and it did.
