Q: Hi There,I have been using MacBook Air and IPad2 for quite some times.Recently I lost my MacBook Air and am interested to open ICloud to check up my record/old files .Can I get directions to get to see my files in I cloud.

    I hope you are not in for a bad surprise but a MacBook Air does not backup to iCloud. It can save data in iCloud Drive (if you specifically saved it to that location) and can sync Photos, Contacts, etc to iCloud if you had it set to do so. You can use any computer and log in to https://www.icloud.com/ to see what is stored there. I hope that it is good news and contains what you are hoping for.

    If you don't have access to another computer,  you can tap and hold the Refresh icon (semi-circular arrow) in the URL bar until "Request Desktop Site" appears and then tap that. The ability to do things is much less than when logged in using a computer.
