How do I skip chapters when listening to a podcast in AAC format?

One of the podcasts I listen to uses the AAC format with chapters, there used to be the skip forward and backward buttons for jumping between chapters...have they been removed or am I just blind?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.1

AFAIK, the skip buttons are gone, but you can manually select chapters.

When in the Now Playing view, tap on the Play Next button (three lines). If the podcast episode is chapterized, you'll see a list of all the chapters. Tap on the one you want to skip to.
