Q: How do I skip chapters when listening to a podcast in AAC format?

AFAIK, the skip buttons are gone, but you can manually select chapters.

When in the Now Playing view, tap on the Play Next button (three lines). If the podcast episode is chapterized, you'll see a list of all the chapters. Tap on the one you want to skip to.
