Q: Cannot log-in to FaceTime using correct Apple ID and password

The log-in wheel spins for a while and then returns to ask for log-in information again.  I have no problem with log-in to FaceTime on my iPhone and iPad, just on my iMac.

Grateful for any suggestions.  None are available on FaceTime Help.
