Q: Should I ugrade my Macbook Pro
I have a 13.3 MacBook pro, 256GB with 2GB memory (mid-2009). I primarily use it to store my music (3000 songs) and pictures. I have been having some slow responses in start up and booting up iTunes, safari, photos, etc. I am close to capacity for my memory. Close enough to where I am unable to upgrade El Capitan. Most of the storage is from Other but I have made a serious dent in deleting pictures but it doesn't free any disc space up. I feel like even for an Apple that I have a pretty old MacBook. Just wondering if there were any other solutions other than buying a new MacBook. Also wondering if the fact that it is running slow is that my memory is used up or is it because it's an old MacBook.
Thank you
MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
