That would be 128GB. You can also go to Apple menu > About This Mac and click storage at the top.
Replacing it for capacity reasons is largely an individual decision and depends on what you want or need.
One well respected source is http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/ssd/owc/macbook-air
Thanks for your reply! I wasn't clear enough though. I wanted to know the natural size of the SSD itself in terms of inches but I guess it won't be a problem for me to decide which to choose cause the link you provided me has the correspond SSD for my model of Mac.Also , why does everyone recommend OWC for Macs and don't want to buy the original ones ? Should I trust OWC?
Thank you so much for your time
I don't know of any source for "original" ones that are new. Used ones are sometimes available. They are custom-made for Apple and I don't believe that Apple sells them for use as upgrades. OWC has an outstanding reputation -- one of the reasons so many people recommend them.
To add to FoxFifth's post, Apple will replace faulty SSD's but not install ones of greater capacity. Understand Apple would also charge more plus add labor costs. OWC is a 'Mac-Centric' vendor and has an excellent reputation for customer service. I have dealt with them for well over 5 years.
Ciao.
