Adobe says Apple No Longer Supports Pro Editors?

Regarding People who have switched to Premier Pro from Final Cut .. they are saying the reason they switched is because Apple no longer supports Broadcast quality environments or professional editors. I'm guessing this is not true but I do see a lot of people bashing Final Cut users for being video wannabe's and if you want to "get serious" you need to ditch it for Premier or Avid... any thoughts or opinions on this... I understand it all depends what you want to do with it but I don't wanna be laughed at for using Final Cut Pro for client projects... they might steer away from me and find someone else.

FCPX is a totally "Professional" NLE. There have been several Hollywood "A" films cut on it including Focus and Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. FCPX is showing up in a lot of film festivals and independent films.

Editors using FCPX are saying it saves them time and money to edit with FCPX.

Of course PP folks will bad mouth FCPX, but they are just jealous.😀

I agree clients don't care unless it is a collaborative editing environment that is using something else.

Edit away with the whatever you want as long as it is FCPX.

Happy Editing, Greg
