License limit exceeded.

I'm using my I pad (version) 9.3.1. Storage used 852 MB avail 11.9 GB. I'm trying to download another book, I have 3 others downloaded. I keep getting a message that says, License limit exceeded. Using pads, phone and I have never had this message from any device.
