Q: family sharing not showing up for 1 account, for others is fine

Hi,

 

I have a spouse and 2 children set up under my Family Sharing. We have a Mac we share, each using Applle ID to log in. Spouse and one child can see my shared purchases just fine in family sharing on our Mac. They can also see the shared content on their iPhones. One child does not see the items listed when logged into itunes on the Mac, nor on her iPhone.  Seems something specific to her account.

 

I've gone through If you don't see your family's shared content - Apple Support.

 

Nothing seems to help. Any suggestions on where to go from here?
