Cannot get on to three.co.uk to top up my iPad mobile data credit: "server not responding"

Trying pretty well all day, on and off, to top up my mobile broadband credit via 3G (three.co.uk/my3) on my iPad sim, but can't even get to the Home page let alone data allowance or top-up page. It just keeps saying "server not responding". Never had this problem before, and yes, I have switched Wi-fi off. Is this a problem with "three" or a result of the last Apple IOS update installed yesterday? Soooo annoying!

Did you try clearing Safari? Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data

It might not hurt to close Safari and force restart the device. It will not affect any data. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find Safari. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Then try again. BTW, I had no problem at all connecting to three.co.uk on my iPad Air 2 running iOS 9.3.1.

Done all that: no change at all, still getting "Safari could not open this as the server stopped responding". Also running IOS 9.3.1, and seem to be getting a good enough 3 signal.

Went into a Three shop yesterday to ask if there was a known general problem at Three: he said none known, recommended buying a new sim card, which I declined to do, as I couldn't see that helping if it's a server problem. (Didn't have iPad with me, unfortunately). Have emailed and reported problem via 3 Facebook page.
