Q: Podcast episode missing from iTunes from a month ago

I have a podcast I've been producing for almost 5 years and it came to my attention today that the most recent episode (published on 3/1/16) is not showing up in Itunes.  Current subscribers do get the episode downloaded, but it's not visible in iTunes itself.

I went into podcast connect and tried a refresh (and verified the RSS was still correct) and I've also gone to my libsyn account and republished the episode, but it still does not show up.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    It is not you - it is iTunes.  Lots of issues lately with episodes not showing up.

     

    Your feed looks fine. Please go back to your iTunes connect account and click refresh feed.

     

    Then give it 24 hours to update on the iTunes store page.

    I'm seeing episode 99 now showing in iTunes.

    Rob is correct- if you don't see an episode appear, login to Podcasts Connect, select your Podcast and click "Refresh feed". If the episode doesn't show in a day, get in touch with the podcastsupport@apple.com team- noting the missing episode and your iTunes URL. They will assist you.
