May 4, 2016 11:52 AM in response to sneadbrby sneadbr,This bug continues to occur on my iPad despite completely restoring from an iCloud backup. Furthermore, it now occurs on my phone as well. This is an issue I hope Apple will address in the next iOS software update. Any information from Apple would be appreciated, because it clearly is not an isolated issue.

May 4, 2016 9:08 PM in response to sneadbrby LSS3,I worked with Apple Support on Twitter regarding this a few weeks ago. They asked me to do the same resets, but no luck. This seems like an iOS 9.3.1 bug, and I sure wish Apple would just acknowledge it.
Actually, I'm experiencing all sorts of bugs with 9.3.1 that hadn't seen before: on my iPad Pro, iPhone 6S, and Apple Watch.

May 10, 2016 3:48 PM in response to sneadbrby jpfitz7,I'm having the same issue with links in Mail and Tweetbot. They aren't showing up in my Reading List. Sure wish they'd fix it. I've come to depend on the reading list as a time saver.

May 14, 2016 7:35 AM in response to JarFromTOby JarFromTO,Update... after performing several of the recommended solutions in this thread short of re-installing the OS, the "Add to Reading List" feature is working again. Unfortunately I cant say what fixed it, but I will describe what I did before it started working again.
FIrst I made sure to remove any items left over in the Reading List on all of my devices (in this case an iPhone, iPad mini and laptop). I stopped using the Reading List feature for about two days on my iPhone. Then on a whim I tried to add something from another app to the Reading List and it worked.

May 19, 2016 2:27 PM in response to sneadbrby BBoiss,One thing I have not seen mentioned yet...
This is not a permanent resolution, but instead a means of isolation...
Try reproducing this issue when you are signed out of iCloud completely on your device. Afterwards, close relevant apps in App Switcher.
If the issue remains, then it is not related to your iCloud account. [this can be troubleshot further with AppleCare if you find that it is]

May 25, 2016 7:01 AM in response to TGAppby jpfitz7,YYep, same for me. It worked after the update, but once I reset the device, it stopped working. So they haven't fixed the problem yet.

May 26, 2016 3:55 AM in response to sneadbrby robs89,Had a chat with the Apple Support. In the end they told me to reset my iPad and set it up as a new device.
This helped, but only for a few days.
After that the problem reoccurred.
Since today I'm not able to add links to Reading List with other apps than Safari on my iPhone as well.
So I have 2 devices and both have the same problem. I thought it might be a problem with iCloud and so I logged out of iCloud on both devices and cleared all of my Safari history, cookies and other website data on both devices and tried it again. But it didn't help, so I think it's not connected to iCloud and instead it is a bug in iOS.
Hopefully Apple will fix this soon. Reading List is one of my favorite features in Safari.

May 26, 2016 10:36 AM in response to Curruminoby Currumino,I stand corrected.
"Add to Reading List" went back to normal after updating to iOS 9.3.2. However, after the first reboot, it stopped working.
