Q: Problems getting my Music to sync to my ipod

I have had the same iPod touch for several years now and my music is all of a sudden is not syncing to my iPod. The songs are in grey on my iTunes, it remains offline and will not sync. I have tried researching the issue and nothing is working. Advice online is to only show online music but I want these songs converted to offline songs. I have also done a software update, I have lots of available GB.

I need help I cannot get any more music onto my iPod.

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 9.2.1

No knowing the iOS version, computer OS and version, and iTunes version:

    Try:

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Unsync/delete all music and resync

To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Manage Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music

    - Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore from backup. See:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
