iTunes 12 for Windows I don’t see song information when importing a audio cd

In a older version of iTunes normally when I import a cd the song information appear.

Now it won't anymore in iTunes 12.3

I've checked already the proxy settings and other advice of the Support.

It seems to that iTunes is not connect to the gracenote media database or unable to connect....

I really have a lot of cd albums to import and retyping will cost me a lot of time!

The only thing what appear when I "right click"on the song and then "Retrieve Song Information" is the following pop up
