Q: iPods  not able to connect to iTunes

Hi.Since a week, iTunes does not recognize the iPods anymore. When connecting the iPod to the computer, a message in iTunes appears saying that it cannot connect to it (so it detects it but does not connect). I un- and reinstalled iTunes as proposed by the message but nothing helps. Any ideas?

iPod nano, Windows 10, null
