Q: I am away from home & my iPhone 5c screen went black & I've tried to reboot

Last night after working fine my phone just went blank. I have checked the discussion boards and tried to reboot my phone several times using different methods. Also have contacted to iTunes but either receive error message 4014 or 21. Have made sure all updates on Mac are up to date, shut down and restarted that too. I did install the new iOS about 3-4wks ago. As I am abroad I've not found an apple store and desperately need my phone to work. Help

HI thanks

I've tried the apple support but because I'm in Barbados at the moment they say contact service provider. Have followed all the help on both these pages still no luck.

You can try restoring your phone using DFU mode to see if you get different results. If you do not have a backup of your phone, you will lose everything. If this doesn't work, I don't think anything will.
