Q: iphone will not power down to reset. It is stuck on the apple icon.

Apr 16, 2016 4:53 AMby Tempy lyra,PPress and hold both power and home buttons up to 60 seconds until it shuts off... or let it drain then plug in and press both buttons till it starts up .... Otherwise look up drunk mode on YouTube and follow exactly what they do... And plug into PC. Data will be lost if you dfu mode restore or update.
