AirPrint defaults to Envelope

Using iOS 9.3.1 on iPad 2. Sometime in the last 30 days, AirPrint began defaulting to Envelope as paper type when printing from Safari. The paper type is not selectable in the print options. I believe this changed during an iOS update or patch. Any ideas on how to fix this?
