"Download All" functionality removed?

I am sorry if the answer is super-easy and right in front of my face, but for the life of me, I cannot find a "Download All" feature on the latest version of the Podcasts app.

I know there is a feature on iTunes, but I rarely sync my iPhone (6 Plus) with iTunes. I would swear there was a feature on iOS to download all unplayed episodes of a podcast, but I cannot find it anywhere.

I just subscribed to a podcast, and it has about 140 episodes. Rather than manually download each episode individually, there has to be a way to download them all at once, right?

My settings for this given podcast are "Refresh - Every 6 hours; Limit Episodes - Off; Download Episodes - All Unplayed; Delete Played Episodes - On". I thought the "Download Episodes - All Unplayed" would have done the trick, but none of the episodes are downloading. Is there any way to "fetch" all episodes to start downloading, or did Apple remove this functionality for some reason?

Thanks!
