Locked from itunes

For some reason my iTunes account has ben locked and needs to be reset. I put in the correct user name and password but are prompted to go online to open the account. In this process i am asked if i want to use the questions or email, Email can't be accessed as this is part of the lockdown from this amazing fruit company. The security questions have been forgotten. As a result i am locked out from my iPhone. WHAT A JOKE!!

Other foras tell med to log on to my clout account on the web and change the security questions. But what do you think happens then? I AM ASKED TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS AGAIN!!!!

LAST APPLE PRODUCT I AM EVER GOING TO BUY!!!

Anybody know how to solve this before this piece of **** goes in the trash?
