Failed Launch Daemon and User Launch Agent

I have just downloaded and executed the etrecheck software to identify problems with my iMac. I have been having problems with my iMac and the El Capitan OS X losing its connectivity to my mouse, either the wireless one or another one using an USB connection. With that problem I've had to power down and restart my iMac just to regain its connectivity to the mouse. I also use an external LaCie drive for my Time Machine backups, and I have not installed the LaCie desktop software, so this might be related somehow to that choice. Any suggestions about how to proceed to resolve these problem areas?

This is the output of that EtreCheck diagnostics:

I have a similar issue with an iMac12,2 mid 2011. I booted into Boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and ran Disk Utility to repair the drive. When I rebooted normally the problem was lessened considerably, maybe once a day, but not totally eliminated. Haven't found a solution as yet.

There's nothing in your Etrecheck report that looks suspicious. However, you're running an app that is not needed:

[loaded] com.fiplab.MemoryCleanHelper

[running] com.fiplab.memoryclean.60512

It can interfere with the systems memory management. Uninstall it according to the developer's directions.

I have removed this application, although I only recently installed it based upon someone else's recommendation. Why do you find it unhelpful or problematic? By the way, thanks for this suggestion. Can you tell me anything I ought to do or not do to resolve my LaCie drive and Time Machine disconnects periodically? Based upon previous posts, I no longer have my iMac shutdown after some timeframe; I leave it running constantly. Is there anything else to help me?

OS X's memory management is based on using as much memory as possible at all times. When new apps are launched and need memory it is released from other apps for use. Launch Activity Monitor, click, on Memory and check the Memory pressure graph after running for a bit. If it's in the green and uniform there's no memory problem. OS X is designed to not need any such "helpers" including "cleaning" or "optimizing" or antivirus apps.
