What information do I need?

I have blocked my account because I couldn't remember my security questions and I tried a few answers I thought they could be with out any luck. It's now telling me contact apple support but before I do I was wondering if anyone could tell me what information I will need to do this so I know I have the correct information ready at hand. I have tried searching for my answer with no luck so if someon could help me it would be appreciated. Thanks
