Q: Trying to synce PC pictures to IPad 2 is driving me crazy!!

I have tried to copy and paste, shared my pc photos, turn all photo gagets off...EVERYTHING!!! Someone please help I can not get my PC photos to my IPad air2, it is literally driving me crazy!! any one out there that thinks they may know anything that I haven't already tried PEASE BY ALL MEANS help me!!! Make me want to cry.

Historically, the method was to use iTunes and that is still a good way to do it. See the "Sync your photos manually with iTunes" section of Keep your photos safely stored and up to date on all your devices - Apple Support

That same link also discusses the newer option of using iCloud.

Other options include using a 3rd party app such as https://photosync-app.com/ or a 3rd party cloud service such as Dropbox.
