Give this a try:

Install Lion Through Yosemite on a New HDD/SDD

Be sure you backup your files.

Boot to the Network Recovery HD:

Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND-OPTION- R keys until a globe appears on the screen. Wait patiently - 5-20 minutes - until the Recovery main menu appears. Be patient

Partition, Format, and Install on the drive:

  1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
  2. After Disk Utility loads select the drive (usually, this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the side list. Click on the Partition tab in the Disk Utility main window.
  3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the Format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Partition button and wait for the process to finish. Quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu.
  4. Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Install button.

After many times of trying Internet recovery, I accidently found the "Recovery Disk Assist" then using another mac I setup it on a USB then I start my MacBook holding "option" and selected the recovery USB.

Then the the recovery appeared normally and completed the steps.
You can resotre from Time Machine device or install new XOS using media or from internet.

This really was the most easiest solution for the issue of internet recovery.

You can find the url of "Recovery Disk Assist" here

OS X Recovery Disk Assistant v1.0

Note: if you don't have another Mac , you can simple google and find information how to install mac osx on windows using vmware, but the easiest wayto find another Mac. this process takes about 3 minutes to setup your system recovery usb.
