FaceTime login or plugin problem

hi guys, I just upgrade to OS X Lion and when tried to run FaceTime in my mac book I have the following problems:

1. It says am not an authorized user to access FaceTime or email and password is not good, then I tried to create another Apple ID as suggested

2. When I try to create another account (Apple ID) it also says I can have another I'd that I not not qualified no more

3. Then it asked me to download FaceTime from App Store and when I try to purchase the application it warns me I have a newer version to dump to trash can, and if I try to do it the operating system says I cannot separate FaceTime bec it is part of the package

Does anyone knows if it is a plugin that is preventing me to run it or what is the fix or if am not allow to have FaceTime on Mac?

thanks
